Vision

To become the premiere food and beverage expo in the Caribbean by providing a platform through which greater development, training and growth can be achieved throughout the industry.

Objectives

• To provide a platform for local and regional businesses to utilize so as to reach international standards within the gastronomic world
• To create a regional, culinary identity through education and facilitating the utilization of local products and ingredients
• To assist local manufacturers in developing business relationships with other key partners in the industry
• To motivate and assist in the development of young entrepreneurs, business people and chefs
• To work with local and regional interests groups and governmental institutions so as to ensure a positive return and the development of the culinary, trade and tourist environment in the Caribbean

Based on the amount of patrons that attended the previous Expo in 2011, we are expecting that visitors to the Caribbean Food & Beverage Expo 2012 will significantly exceed 10,000 persons.
